TheVaticanannouncedMondaythatcardinalswillleadanightlyrosaryinSt.Peter’sSquareforPopeFrancis’srecovery,withthefirstprayerservicescheduledfor9p.m.RometimeonMondayevening.
VaticanSecretaryofStateCardinalPietroParolinwillpresideovertheinauguralgathering,whichwillbebroadcastliveacrossEWTN’stelevisionnetworksanddigitalplatforms.
“Startingthisevening,theCardinalsresidinginRome,alongwithallcollaboratorsoftheRomanCuriaandtheDioceseofRome,respondingtothesentimentsofthepeopleofGod,willgatherinSt.Peter’sSquareat9:00p.m.torecitetheHolyRosaryforthehealthoftheHolyFather,”theHolySeePressOfficesaidinastatement.
